Food is so good! I live close by and always like to go here. Enviroment is comfy. And overall a great place to eat and enjoy time with friends/family. Only thing that upsets me is I love guacamole and you pay like 5 to 7 dollars for little scoops of it here. I know you used to get way more then now. But other than that I would suggest eating here.

I went in yesterday afternoon and said I would like to dine in. The waitress never got up from her chair from across the room, told me to just sit down anywhere. I said I would like a menu, as there were none at the front counter. She did not offer me one. I said will use the restroom and come back out. I came out, she was still sitting in the same chair. I asked again for a menu. She said very rudely is this for to go or for here. I said I already did mention I was dining in. I stood there waiting, she never helped me, I turned and left. As I left she said next time I will charge you for the bathroom. This was rude uncalled for behavior. I do medical transport in the area and I have eaten there before with no issues but this was the worst customer experience I ever had in my life. I will never return.

Service good. Watch out. Charged my credit card twice. It's been 9 days and second charge has not been removed. Called many times. I was a first time customer. And the last. FOOD OK. Not missing much.

We stop here every visit to nearby High Island (for Spring's bird migration) except the once we came on a Sunday (not open). This year the food was as good as ever, but they must have been shorthanded - the empty tables were covered in dirty dishes, we werent given a menu for 10 minutes (the second one arrived 5 minutes later). Fortunately they got the table next to us cleaned off just as our food arrived. 4 stars for good history and current food, -1 for the poor service and dirty atmosphere this visit.
